Relaxation, Private Beaches & Oceanfront Lodging

The Solomon Islands are a fantastic place to do as much or as little as you like. If you need to relax, recharge your batteries and get off the beaten track, then we have just the spot for you.

Western Province

The area around Munda, Gizo and Seghe are the most easily accessible to tourists and offer more western-style accommodation. Our version of luxury is more unconventional and focused on experience. You won’t find any luxury resorts here but you will find an accommodation style to suit your needs. From basic comfortable rooms on the beach to a bungalow on the beach overlooking a spectacular lagoon, to a beautiful open plan over-water wooden bungalow on your own private island for you and your besties, we have an option to suit your needs.

You may be into diving or maybe snorkelling or perhaps reading a book in a hammock is more your style. One thing is for sure – you will never be far from a pristine white beach and crystal-clear water. Not relaxing is impossible!

Eco lodges

If you are an eco-tourism buff, enjoy the eco-lodge experience and want to get back to nature, there are many eco-lodge options in the Solomon Islands.

Papatura island in the Isabel Province boasts a fantastic island getaway with fantastic snorkelling and traditional bungalow accommodation. For those that like a bit more excitement, the fishing and surfing near Papatura is awesome.

There are a number of eco lodges around Marovo Lagoon. Perhaps a private lodge for 12 guests on Gatokae Island with your own oceanfront bungalows? Or maybe a beachfront bungalow surrounded by tropical gardens is more your style? Whether you want to dive, snorkel or just relax and eat some locally caught seafood and have a SolBrew, the accommodation around Marovo Lagoon has an option to suit.

The eco-lodges in the Solomons are run by people who are passionate about the environment and supporting local people with minimal impact to the environment and will provide you with a truly unique off-the-grid experience.
