Flight Changes

No changes are permitted to the booked flight itinerary.

Cancellation and Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable. However, a valid unused ticket may be used as a credit towards a higher fare. Any applicable fare and tax differences must be paid when utilizing the ticket credit.

No Show Policy

Failure to show up for the flight will result in the loss of the airfare paid for the ticket.

Sales Period

Tickets must be purchased between 25 August to 30 September 2024.

Travel Period

The travel period for these tickets is restricted to the following dates:

• 1 to 30 November 2024
• 1 February to 31 March 2025
• 1 to 31 May 2025

Taxes and Surcharges

All applicable taxes and surcharges are additional and must be paid separately by the passenger.

Sales Restriction

This is a public fare available for sale through all distribution channels.

Flight Application

These terms apply to:

• Solomon Airlines flights between Auckland and Port Vila or Santo via Port Vila.
• Air New Zealand flights between Auckland and Wellington or Christchurch.

Ticketing Time Limit

Tickets must be issued within 7 days of booking.

Stopover

Stopovers are not permitted under these fare rules.

Child/Infant Discount

Discounts are available for infants as follows:

• Child: 2-11 years old – 75% of the adult fare.
• Infant: 0-2 years old – 10% of the adult fare.
