Solomon Airlines has advised it will be suspending flight operations immediately to Lomlom following claims relating to the western extension of Lomlom Airport.

The Dash-8 service previously operating on Thursdays to and from Lomlom Airport will be replaced with Twin Otter services operating to and from Lata (Santa Cruz) Airport on the same day.

Further discussions with the concerned parties are expected to take place following their scheduled legal proceedings. We understand the importance of our services to Lomlom and are making every effort to address this issue in a timely and respectful manner.
