Corporate
The Corporate department provides essential governance and support functions. It includes HR, Legal & IT/MIS.
Commercial
The Commercial department drives passenger and cargo revenue through sales, distribution, and brand promotion. It encompasses Sales and Reservations, Reservation Systems, Reservation Control & Marketing.
Finance
The Finance department ensures accurate financial reporting, revenue capture, and fiscal discipline. It includes Revenue Accounts & Financial Accounts.
Flight Operations
Flight Operations oversees safe and efficient aircraft operation across all routes. It includes International Pilots, Domestic Pilots & Cabin Services
Ground Operations
Ground Operations manages all airport and ramp activities to ensure smooth turnarounds. Teams cover Catering, OCC, Cargo and separate Ground Ops teams for international and domestic stations.
Engineering
The Engineering department maintains aircraft airworthiness and technical reliability. It includes Stores, QA and CAMO.
Corporate Safety, Security, & Audit (CSSA)
CSSA (Corporate Safety, Security & Audit) promotes a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance. It conducts risk assessments, internal audits, security programs, and safety investigations across the entire airline.
