Ticketing Time Limit: Tickets must be issued within 72 hours of booking
Blackout Dates
Travel is not permitted on the following dates and routes:
Brisbane - Honiara: 1 November - 15 December 2025
Honiara - Brisbane: 5-10 October, 29 October-3 November 2025
Brisbane-Santo: 2 - 9 October 2025
Santo-Brisbane: 1 - 23 October 2025
Fare Rules
Flight Changes: Changes to the itinerary are not permitted.
Cancellations: This fare is non-refundable. However, an unused ticket may be applied as credit toward a higher fare, subject to a reissue fee of SBD500 / AUD125 / NZD125 / FJD125 / VUV7500 and payment of any fare and tax differences
No Show: Failure to travel without prior cancellation will result in loss of airfare.
Stopovers: Not permitted on this fare.
Infant and Child Discounts
Children (2–11 years): 75% of the applicable adult fare
Infants (0–2 years, not occupying a seat): 10% of the applicable adult fare
Unaccompanied Minors (UMNR): No discount applicable
Taxes and Surcharges
All applicable taxes and surcharges must be paid in addition to the base fare.
