Cancellation / Refunds

• Non-refundable.
• Valid unused ticket can be used as a credit towards a higher fare with a reissue fee of NZD125 / VUV7500.
• Any fare and tax difference must be paid.

No Show

• Loss of airfare.

• Travel Period:
  • 1 February to 31 March 2026

  • 1 to 30 November 2026
  • Christ Church to Port Vila - 1 July to 30 November 2026
• Travel Restriction: All travel must be completed by 30 November 2026.

Blackout Dates

• Port Vila to Auckland: 04 February to 09 February, 18 February to 18 March 2026.
• Auckland to Port Vila: 04 May to 14 May 2026.

Application

• Valid on Solomon Airlines operated flights between specified destinations.
• Flight Application: Applies to IE flights only.

Taxes & Surcharges

• Applicable taxes and surcharges are additional and must be paid.

Sales Restriction

• Available for public sale through all channels.

Combinability

• Combinable with any other IE airfares on a ½ return basis.

Ticketing Time Limit

• 72 hours, or if within 72 hours of departure, then immediate ticketing required.
