Flight Changes

Changes are not permitted.

Cancellation / Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable.
A valid unused ticket can be used as a credit towards a higher fare with a reissue fee of:

• SBD 500
• AUD 125
• VUV 7,500

Any fare and tax difference must be paid.

No Show
Loss of airfare applies.

Sales Period
26 December 2025 – 12 January 2026.

Travel Period

• 1 February – 31 March 2026
• 1 – 31 May 2026
• 1 – 31 August 2026
• 1 – 30 November 2026

Blackout Dates:

• Brisbane to Santo: 12 February, 5 & 26 March, 14 May
• Santo to Brisbane: 12 February, 12 & 26 March, 14 & 28 May
• Brisbane to Honiara via Munda: 20 February, 27 March, 8 & 29 May, 28 August
• Brisbane to Honiara: 11 March
• Auckland to Brisbane: 20 February & 29 May

Application
Valid on Solomon Airlines operated flights between specified destinations.

Taxes & Surcharges
Applicable taxes and surcharges are additional and must be paid.

Sales Restriction
Available for public sale through all channels.

Travel Restriction
All travel must be completed by 30 November 2026.

Flight Application
Applies to IE marketed and operated flights.

Combinability
Combinable with any other IE airfares on a ½ return basis.

Ticketing Time Limit

72 hours from booking, or If within 72 hours of departure, immediate ticketing required.

Surcharges
Not applicable.

Stopover
Not permitted.

Infant / Child Discount (No UMNR Discount)

Children (2–11 years): 75% of adult fare
Infants (0–2 years): 10% of adult fare
