Suavanao latest destination to join 'Helpful Holidays' domestic travel initiative

Suavanao is the latest destination to be included in Solomon Airlines’ ‘Helpful Holidays’ domestic travel initiative being offered by the national carrier and tourism industry partners for stays from 31 July to 31 August 2020. 

The discounted escapes from Honiara to Suavanao, Marau, Munda, Gizo or Seghe offer a great chance to get away to popular holiday spots at combined airfare and accommodation packages up to 50% off the regular prices.

“The Helpful Holidays programme now to five Solomon Islands destinations is designed to support our local tourism operators. We welcome those who can, to take a break on some great value packages next month,” said Solomon Airlines Manager Commercial Colin Sigimanu.

“With many citizens and residents having now returned safely to Honiara after long periods abroad, we expect they will be very keen to visit their favourite destinations again,” he added.

The ‘Helpful Holidays’ bargain packages are for minimum 3-night stays, but can also be extended to 4-nights and 7-nights based on available flight schedules.  Examples of ‘Helpful Holiday’ packages include:
