Reservations 

All quotes are valid for 7 days and subject to change and availability at the time of booking.

Child bookings are available on request. Please contact the reservations team to request a child booking

Inclusions

Inclusions for each package are as per package inclusions in the itinerary.
Prices shown are inclusive of all applicable taxes as known at the time of publishing but may change subject to the time of booking.

Travel insurance 

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is not included in this package

Payments 

Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a payment request for full payment

Change Fees

Any changes to the original itinerary must be in writing and the client is responsible for all expenses incurred.
Any changes made to an initiated or confirmed itinerary booked attracts an amendment fee of at least $100 per amendment per person. All changes are subject to availability at time of booking.
All fees are subject to change at the discretion of the Solomon Airlines or as a result of an amendment to the relevant international currency conversion rate.
Land operators may also levy an amendment fee which will be an additional charge, please contact us for details.

Contact Details

Names must be as per passport, failure to provide correct details will incur amendment fee.

Cancellation /Refunds of Travel Arrangements

Cancellation fees will apply for any changes made to the booking after full payment is received.
Any cancellations made by a client must be in writing and the client is responsible for all expenses incurred.
Solomon Airlines Reserves the right to deduct the following cancellation fees from any monies paid by the client in the event of a cancellation of the booking:

  • Cancellations received 30 days prior departure customer forfeits 50% of the total cost of the package.
  • Cancellations received within 30 days of the departure date no refund applicable.

Refunds are not available for Airfares, tours, Dive packages, accommodations or any other services not utilized.

Baggage

Each Passenger is entitled strictly to the allocated carry-on baggage of 7kgs and Checked Baggage 
Economy class International Flights 30kg.
Excess baggage charges will apply at check-in if baggage exceeds the free allowance set forth by Solomon Airlines.
We cannot guarantee that Checked Baggage or excess baggage will be uplifted, as this is subject to aircraft loads.vice

Travel Documents and Visa 
It is the passenger responsibility to ensure that they have the appropriate travel documentation.
All passports must have at least six months above validity from date of departure. 

Credit Card Fees

Credit Card fees will apply to all credit card transactions. 1.3% for Visa and MasterCard and Amex.


General terms and conditions

Solomon Airlines shall not be liable for cancellation of journeys, delays, schedule changes or the failure to reserve seats and accommodation.
Solomon Airlines is not liable in the event of any alteration or change of any kind made by any of the land operators in respect of travel services following the acceptance of any booking and clients are responsible for any increases in charges.
We make no warranty or representation about such information including the standard, class, description of accommodation services, facilities, transfers, tours, and dive activities provided by land operators.
All prices are current at time of quoting/booking, however Solomon Airlines reserves the right to amend prices, without notice, prior to the departure of any tours, dive activities and accommodation, should any fluctuations in currency occurs or changes in airfare.
All schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
Flights are subject to the full Conditions of Carriage which is governed by Solomon Airlines.
You release & discharge Solomon Airlines to the full extent possible at law for liability relating to any loss and /or damage suffered by you or any other person named on this contract- Including but not limited to: delays, omissions, loss of prepaid diving activities, theft of luggage or personal belongings, Illness injury or death and any charges made by any of the service providers, accidents or negligence caused by any party , any other loss or damage whatsoever.
