Fare Rules
- Flight Changes: Not permitted.
- Cancellation/Refunds: Non-refundable. However, valid unused tickets may be credited toward a higher fare with a reissue fee:
- AUD125 / VUV7500 (for Brisbane-Santo and Santo-Brisbane)
- NZD125 / VUV7500 (for Auckland-Port Vila and Port Vila-Auckland)
- Any fare and tax difference must be paid.
- No Show: Results in loss of airfare.
- Stopovers: Not permitted.
- Ticketing Time Limit: Tickets must be issued within 72 hours of booking.
Eligibility & Application
- Applicable Flights: Solomon Airlines flights only.
- Fare Application: Return economy airfare between specified cities.
- Sales Restriction: Public fare available through all distribution channels.
- Taxes & Surcharges: Must be paid in addition to the fare.
Infant/Child Discounts
- Children (2–11 years): 75% of adult fare.
- Infants (0–2 years): 10% of adult fare.
- Note: No UMNR (Unaccompanied Minor) discount.
